You may cancel your WordCom Broadband service at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts mean you have the freedom to discontinue service when needed.
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact our customer support team. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the issue occurrence. Processing time is 5-10 business days after approval.
For monthly services, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused service days. Installation fees are non-refundable after service activation.
Upon service cancellation, you must return all WordCom Broadband equipment within 15 days. Equipment must be in good working condition. Return shipping is at your expense unless the cancellation is due to our service failure.
We may suspend service for non-payment after 7 days past due date. Service will be restored within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Suspension does not constitute service cancellation.
No early termination fees apply as we operate on a month-to-month basis. You are only responsible for charges incurred up to your cancellation date.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank transfers may take additional processing time.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We are committed to fair resolution of all customer disputes.
This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
