By subscribing to WordCom Broadband services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our internet services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required.
Service availability is subject to technical feasibility and infrastructure in your area. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control including weather, power outages, or maintenance.
You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:
Monthly charges are due in advance. Payment is required within 7 days of the due date. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Installation is provided free of charge for new customers. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to your premises for installation and maintenance purposes.
Equipment provided by WordCom Broadband remains our property. You are responsible for its proper use and care. Damaged or lost equipment may result in replacement charges.
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not monitor your internet usage content but may collect technical data for service improvement.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of these terms.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
